Over 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Treasury Management. Successfully led various aspects of financing transactions such as £1.2bn IPO, $450mn Term Loan, $550 Mn Convertible Bond, £250 million of Reg-S bond and over €1bn of Receivable Factoring facilities for number of enterprises based in the UK. Have developed strong relationship with European, British, Indian and Chinese Banks.

As part of treasury undertakings, have assisted number of enterprises in Liquidity Management, Financial Modelling / Group level consolidation, Cash flow forecast and overall Treasury Set-up and Management.
